I offer a warm, person-centred space to explore emotions without judgment. Rooted in empathy and authenticity, your voice is central to our work. I also offer EMDR for trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. My background supporting people in different settings and in music helps me connect creatively with all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
