Andrew Frost

Andrew Frost
Description

Psychotherapist and Counsellor.

Andrew is an experienced therapist working with private clients as well as referrals from case managers, social services and insurance companies. His approach is calm, steady and rooted in many years of practice across private therapy and clinical services. He began his work within mental health at the Priory Hospital in Altrincham, moving on to The Harplands Hospital within the NHS, where he supported inpatients and contributed to multidisciplinary care. This gave him a strong grounding in complex presentations and the value of safe, consistent therapeutic work.

His background includes integrative counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, clinical hypnotherapy and trauma informed practice. Andrew works with adults and older adolescents, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma related difficulties, relationship and self esteem concerns, health anxiety and patterns that feel difficult to shift. His style is down to earth, collaborative and practical. He brings together counselling, psychotherapy, CBT and solution focused methods in a way that fits each client, with an emphasis on clarity and steady emotional progress.

Andrew offers sessions at Tealstone Therapy Rooms at Regent Park in Nantwich. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful grounds, with free parking and a quiet, reflective atmosphere that supports therapeutic work. He also provides online sessions for those who prefer remote access.
